Wellness Expo in Fort Worth

Sam and I had so much fun attend­ing the Well­ness Expo at Will Rodgers Memo­r­ial Cen­ter Sat­ur­day August 8^th.

Paul John Roach gave an inspir­ing lec­ture, and our dear friend Daphne Daniels had a lovely booth (pic­tured here).

While vis­it­ing the Arti­san MedSpa booth Sam had his teeth whitened for only $99. It took 15 min­utes and his teeth light­ened by 6 shades. Amazing!

By the way, the Arti­san MedSpa is a really cool place – they do every­thing there from mas­sage to makeup to laser hair removal. And for those of you who are won­der­ing where Lynda “Cricket” Hack­ney (love her!!!!) landed, she is now run­ning their Yoga/Nia stu­dio: “Mov­ing Arts Stu­dio.”
