Client Satisfaction
If you’re not happy, I’m not happy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of any work performed, please let me know immediately so we can work out a mutually beneficial solution.

Confidentiality
Your unique methods of conducting business are a part of what makes you a success. I treat your policies and procedures as trade secrets and am happy to sign your confidentiality agreement.

Competition
Loyalty is important to me. I will not take on clients where the possibility of a conflict of interest would arise.

Ethics
Superior ethical standards and practices are a core part of my reputation and how I conduct business.
