This site is an elegant hybrid of blog and CMS. Developed for my dear friend and client, Martha M. Newman, J.D., PCC, her blog, Top Lawyer Coach is a showcase not only for her coaching services, but also a wealth of information for those interested in advancing their careers.
As Martha’s Virtual Assistant I worked closely with her in the development of this blog. We carefully researched and analyzed both free and premium themes – our goal was to find a theme that was not only structurally sound but also had the correct “look and feel” to represent Martha’s business identity.
Once the theme was chosen we took great care to produce concise and relevant content for the static pages. Special attention was paid to photographs, widgets, plugins, key words, categories, and tags all with an eye toward Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and maximizing her page ranking on the Google search engine, or “Google Juice” as we like to call it.
Martha is a prolific blogger and the premium template she chose is robust enough to handle her multiple postings each week and display them with ease. Check it out and let me know what you think of this site.
